Educational purpose
42Math provides interactive calculations, simulations, visualizations, and explanatory material for education and exploration. It does not provide medical, financial, legal, safety, or professional engineering advice.
No warranty
The site is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Models simplify reality, sources can change, and software can contain defects. You are responsible for checking important results against authoritative information and appropriate professional methods.
Permitted use
You may use the public site for personal, educational, classroom, research, and other lawful purposes. You may share ordinary links to pages. Where a tool provides embed code, you may use that embed for non-commercial educational contexts such as schools, personal educational blogs, and open course materials, provided that 42Math attribution and links remain intact.
Permission required
Contact 42Math before commercially republishing substantial site content, mirroring the site, removing attribution from an embed, packaging tools as another product, or using automated access at a volume that could burden the service. These terms do not transfer ownership of site code, writing, design, or other protected material.
Prohibited conduct
- Use the site unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Attempt to bypass security, interfere with service, or introduce malicious code.
- Misrepresent 42Math content as professional certification or guaranteed advice.
- Use automated requests in a way that degrades availability for other visitors.
- Copy advertisements, obscure their source, encourage invalid clicks, or manipulate ad interactions.
- Remove notices or falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorship.
User inputs and shared URLs
Most inputs are processed locally in your browser. Some state can be placed in a URL so it can be shared. Do not put confidential or personal information into a shareable URL. Anyone who receives the URL may be able to read its parameters.
Third-party services
The site may use or link to third-party hosting, analytics, advertising, video, reference, or data services. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement or service on the destination site.
Advertising
